Behind Enemy Lines: The Posh

Posh

In this edition of Behind Enemy Lines, we speak to members of Posh.net, you can visit them at Londonroad.net

We asked a few question to the lads over there, and got some erm, decent answers, it seems The Posh go into Tuesday’s game full of confidence and we shouldn’t underestimate them..thanks go to all who answered, and in particular, KenGandhi!

First of all, how’s Ferguson doing, what do you think of the set up?

Back to back promotions speaks for itself. I’d say the set-up is a lot more professional than it was a few years back but there’s still room for improvement. Thankfully we have the right man for the job.

That was some result against Reading, do you think your boys are full of confidence goint into tomorrows game?

’s been a tough start to the season but our boys have a winning mentality. The hope is that they’ve found their groove again and I genuinely see no reason why we can’t go on a bit of a run in the league now, but I doubt we’ll create an upset in the league cup

Do you expect one of your players to be a real star this year?

I expect one of them to be (George Boyd) but I think there is a chance a few of the other players could shine as well. Mclean and Mackail-Smith have a serious amount of goals in them, they need to adapt to the way championship defenders play, but the outlook is good

How far do you think you will go in the Carling Cup?

Round are we in now? That far.

Is there anyone else we should look out for on Tuesday that we may not know about?

Zakuani. He’s not had the best start to the season but on his day a formidable defender that doesn’t take any shit

Is Barry Fry as mental as he seems?

He’s a twat.

What do you know about NUFC?

Known as the magpies, the oldest club in the world, recently taken over by Qatari businessmen who have installed Sven Goran Eriksson as Director of Football.

How far do you think we will go in the Carling Cup?

Which Round are we in now? About one round further than that

Any team news?

Nothing of note

Finally a score prediction?

2-1 to Newcastle
