Lies, Lies, Lies and Ashley!

twat

Yet again, Mike Ashley and his puppet on a string, Derek Llambias, are taking us as fool’s, contradicting themselves on every level and hoping that damage limitation will occur by naming our stadium, SportsDirect@ St James’ Park – and yet again, Mike falls flat on his big hairy arse…

Llambias told the media…

“Our intention is to have, for instance, sportsdirect.com@St James’ Park.

“We were never going to lose St James’ Park, it was always going to be @St James’ Park.

“The Gallowgate already has sportsdirect.com.

“We are going to follow that through and take it to the rest of the season as a showcase to whoever is out there who would like to buy the package.”

He went on to say;

“So we understand St James’ Park. The history is wonderful.

“We are not trying to take that away, we are just trying to add something to the revenue and status of our club.”

For god’s sake Derek, you two haven’t got a fucking clue! When you erected the monstrosity of a logo onto the Gallowgate, we, as fans, told you it was a mess, St James’ Park doesn’t want to see it, and neither do we as fan’s but the annoying part is the contradiction in terms.

You state that the naming rights will bring in revenue, but naming the ground SportsDirect@ only serves to line Mike Ashley’s pockets for the rest of the season, you can paint the new signs as much as you want, but Talk Of The Tyne and in our opinion, most other websites, fan groups and public alike, will urge anyone to cut, rip and cover any part of your ridiculous new idea.

Honestly, you won’t even be there next season, and let’s face it, to have SportsDirect associated with a decent brand, will serve you well up till your departure, you’re a parasite to Newcastle United.
I remember writing an article back when Mike Ashley was linked with buying NUFC, and I was upbeat at the fact, “he parked his tanks in other people’s gardens!” Yes, I liked that idea, an owner who would come in, take no shit and move us to where we yearned to be, but this fat bastard just trampled on the flowers and now he’s pouring his odious weedkiller on the roots.

How about we rename Mike Ashley a twat!

Couldn’t have put it better myself! what a superb article. We do NOT want anything to do with Sports Direct or ir’s ignorant, ,greedy, fat,odious owner or his poodle. How dare they try and cheapen the great name of our beloved stadium by adding damn Sport Direct?!!? its beggars belief! we thought initially a u turn had been made, only to fiind that the poodle’s been opening his idiotic gob again to radio Newcastle saying we are now sportsdirect.com @stjamespark and of course, all the press have jumped onto the band wagon laughing at us yet again.
Enough’s enough! it really does make your blood boil. AShley even had the nerve to put us down (yet again) by syaing he puts millions more into the club than we, the fans do!?? he owns the bloody place so he should be putting millions in. Even then he’s meaness personified.

They think they’ve felt the rath of the fans do they….they aint seen nothing yet!
