As reported by The Fulham Ronny Gill, news that NUFC target Fitz Hall has collapsed due to the QPR players wage demand.Their report reads;

FITZ Hall’s move to Newcastle has stalled because of the defender’s wage demands.

The north-east giants have had a second go at signing the QPR centre-back this week after missing out on him last summer, when the Magpies also had eyes on fellow defender Matt Connolly.

However, they have been told to up their offer to lure him away from Loftus Road.

A club source said: “Newcastle aren’t willing to pay him any more than QPR does, and the club needs all the defensive help it can at the moment.”
