Wayne Routledge is doubtful for Watford at the weekend but Jose Enrique could be back, although Chris may still extend Patrick Van Aanholt’s loan. Meanwhile there is still no further news on Lovenkrands’ injury.

With Routledge missing we will undoubtedly try and employ similar tactics to those used against Preston where we essentially bore the opposition into submission. With Lovenkrands also unavailable  Hughton will have to decide whether to play Best, Ranger or Nolan alongside Carroll upfront – then again with Ryan Taylor’s recent goals record he must think he is in with a chance too!!!
